I mentioned in one of my previous posts that I've been enjoying studying a really great book written by Robin S. Sharma called The Monk That Sold His Ferrari, it is a brilliantly inspiring read... Myself in Malmo

I write this post whilst on a train from Malmo to Stockholm after spending the last 5 weeks guest teaching at a wonderful studio there; Hot Yoga Malmo.. It is only now as I sit still with myself that I am able to reflect on my time spent there. It really is funny how things work out.. I am reminded once again how I must always, always, always trust in the universe as it always takes care of me when I allow and don't force it. Just two months ago I was feeling pretty unaligned and out of sorts as so many things in my personal life were changing and I found myself literally living in the yoga studio with no windows after moving out of our flat, all my belongings locked up in a storage unit after having just waved my girlfriend off to the other side of the world… It always happens like this; all together at the same time. Trusting the process

Thought of the morning... Believe in your biggest, wildest dreams.. Believe you can be everything you ever wanted to be, that there is a life much greater and more fulfilling than that of now, that you can do all the things you desire, and that you can be free to feel everything you ever want to feel.  Believe them to be apart of you an you will become just that. The power of self-belief is outstanding..  But sometimes, I know, it can be hard to see why we keep trying. Why we keep aiming for that life that is so great, that when times are darker and more difficult it is  for a reason, why it is that we must struggle sometimes in order to realise the good. Sometimes it feels like it isn't worth it, maybe we even loose sight of those dreams, those desires for greater things, that hope starts to dwindle..
